The DILATE suspension and ceiling lamp is a lighting product suitable for interiors with a metal structure. Equipped with an E27 connection, it is available in three different sizes: 80, 60 and 40 centimeters in diameter. Dilate, with a simple and contemporary design, is available in many single-color versions and, like all our lighting fixtures, can be customized according to the individual needs of our customers thanks to our company's “just in time” production. All Dilate components are replaceable in case of damage, in line with the ecodesign legislation, which came into force in September 2021.

What materials are used in the Dilate making?

Dilate is made entirely at our factory with 100% Made in Italy products and elements. The item consists of a ceiling rose, three metal cables for the suspension version with a diameter of 80 centimeters, a PVC cable for the suspension version, a metal structure with an original and attractive shape and the lamp holder for the E27 bulb.

The processing.

Once the metal plate arrives at the company, it is laser cut to obtain the shape envisaged by the project. Subsequently, it is folded through a metal folding machine before moving on to the painting department where it is manually colored with epoxy powder colors. Finally, during the assembly phase, the E27 lamp holder, the PVC cable (in the suspension version) and the three metal cables (in the suspension version with 80 centimeters in diameter) are added. The work is completed with the packaging, made with recycled materials and water colors in compliance with sustainability and the green philosophy of our company.
