RIVER is a lighting product suitable for interiors that adapts perfectly to different uses, resulting original and furnishing both in the wall-mounted version and in the ceiling-mounted version. The article, in metal painted with epoxy powder, is available in different solutions: one, two, three, four or six lights. River is available in different colors in addition to the material versions of gold, silver and copper leaf. Like all our lighting fixtures, River can be customized according to the individual needs of our customers thanks to our company's “just in time” production. 80% of River's components are replaceable in case of damage, in line with the eco-design legislation that came into force in September 2021. River is made entirely in our factories with 100% Made in Italy products and elements.

What materials is Lumicom River made of?

River is composed of a base and a decorative outer part in metal and one or more internal frames, also in metal, equipped with a socket for GX53 light sources. In the gold, silver or copper leaf version it is equipped with material leaves applied manually by our craftsmen. 80% of the parts that make up the River lighting product are replaceable through spare parts to increase the life cycle of the product and help reduce the pollution of the planet.

The idea.

"River was created to meet the many demands of the market for products that are able to combine the effectiveness of the lighting product with a modern and captivating design." - the words of Giulio Mancini, E-Commerce Manager of Waypoint - "Starting from these needs, we decided to create a very particular and furnishing product both in the applique version and in the ceiling lamp version, leaving, as our habit, a wide choice to our customers both in terms of the number of light sources and the possibility of customization."

The processing.

The metal plate that arrives in our factories is laser cut to create the canopy box as required by the project. At the same time, the external decorative part is cut, again by laser. In the next step the elements are colored by epoxy powder coating. During the assembly phase, the metal base is inserted, equipping it with the GX53 light sockets. The work is completed with the packaging, produced and made with recycled materials and water colors in compliance with sustainability and the green philosophy of our company.
